How long does the process take?
The typical turnaround time for a fully customized ring is between 8 and 12 weeks from the day you approve the design. This does not include shipping time.
How do I find everyone’s ring size?
Use our sizing guide to get your measurements. Alternatively, you can purchase a ring sizer from us.
What is the difference between the standard and premium plan?
Standard plan rings are made of zinc alloy and electroplated with stainless steel. Premium plan rings are made of brass and stainless steel and are electroplated twice with .925 sterling silver or 18K gold — or black gold for the black plated rings. The standard plan is intended for minimal wear.
What dimensions are these rings?
Our rings vary in all shapes and sizes. The average men’s sports ring measures 1″ × 1″ on the top, however dimensions can be adjusted based on your specific needs.
I’m not a good artist. How do I design a ring?
