RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be ecstatic about your purchase. Exchanges and returns are allowed 14 days after the package is marked delivered by the delivery carrier.* Items sent back outside the return window do not qualify for refunds. Please note that it will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your return request once we have received it.

*Items that have been damaged due to wear, drops, improper care or any other non-production-related incidents are not considered to be faulty and are therefore NOT eligible for return or exchange.*

EXCLUSIONS: Personalized items that are made to order.

This includes custom engraved names, years or initials and fully custom rings and necklaces. We offer no refunds on custom engraved products and custom made rings and necklaces. Scroll down to the section titled Return Policy for Custom Products for detailed information on how we process repairs and exchanges. 

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Please read carefully before making your custom product purchase with Fox-Rings.

All custom ring and necklace orders, made as requested and approved by you (client/customer), are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Each piece of custom jewelry takes many weeks to create from start to finish and is customized specifically made for you.

We offer no refunds on custom engraved products and custom made rings and necklaces. If you believe your jewelry item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your item.

Here are some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects:

        • The discoloration of metals caused by chemicals, makeup, lotion, pools water, showers or sweats
        • The loss of a gemstone(s) caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage (dropped by accident)
        • The bending of the jewelry due to normal wear and tear, catch, wear out, or dropped

Items thought to be damaged or defected during the manufacturing process must be returned (if eligible), or provided proper documentation with details of the defective items. The validity of all claims will be decided by Fox-Rings. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer.

Due to the custom nature of rings and jewelry, our process to replace will take at approximately 3-4 weeks but in some cases could take an additional 1-2 weeks to complete.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items received within 14 days of the date package marked delivered by the delivery carrier. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original packaging, and have not been altered, worn, color-washed, or damaged.

    *Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear, dropped, improperly care or any incidents are not considered to be faulty and are therefore NOT eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your ring retains its original quality.*

    We do not accept returns on worn/damaged items and items without an original order number. Items damaged in transit will require photo documentation of the damage (both to the merchandise and the packaging material in which they arrived).

    We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Items returned to us with defects on them are unsalable and will not be accepted as we will not be able to process your refund.

    The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged. A restocking fee may be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above and/or not returned within 14 days.

    *A copy of the original invoice (confirmation email), order number, or name of original purchaser and photos is required for any exchanges/returns.*

    HOW ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ORDERS?

    Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error (or if you received a defective item). If you have received the wrong item or if your item is defective or missing, please notify us via email or using our Contact Us Page. Please include photos of the item received as well as the condition of the packaging/label in which your order arrived. Once we examine the documentation provided to us, we will ship the correct item, replacement or missing item at no extra charge.

    If you'd like to exchange your ring for a different size or if you'd like to return your item for a full refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs back to us. 

    HOW SHOULD I SHIP RETURNED MERCHANDISE?

    Ship your merchandise via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service of your choice. We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment and/or consider purchasing tracking and/or delivery confirmation as we are only able to issue a refund on merchandise we receive. We cannot be responsible for lost items being returned to us.
